Welcome to DaysMaxAir, the website DaysMaxAir.digital (the "Site") operated by Days Max Air Planners, a company registered in Canada with Business ID 364049614 and a principal address at 290 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 3L9, Canada. By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

DaysMaxAir offers planning and coordination services for air travel itineraries ("Services"). All service details, pricing, and availability are presented on the Site. When booking a Service, you agree to provide accurate personal and travel information.

Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule a Service up to 48 hours before the scheduled date without any additional fees. To request a change, please use our Contact Form.

If a Service is marked as non-refundable due to its customized nature, this will be clearly indicated at the time of booking. Customized Services are final and non-refundable to cover resource allocation on your behalf.

2. Information Products

DaysMaxAir may offer digital guides and e-books ("Information Products"). Upon purchase, you will have immediate access to download these files.

Refunds: You may request a refund for an Information Product within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded the file. Once the file has been downloaded, all sales are final.

3. Goods

DaysMaxAir may sell physical merchandise ("Goods"), such as branded luggage tags and travel accessories. Each item is described with specifications on the Site.

Returns: You may return Goods in original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please submit a request through our Contact Form. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Replacements: You may request a replacement for a different item or size. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be processed instead.

4. Refund Policy Overview

All refunds are processed to the original payment method within the time frames specified above for each product type. 5. Limitation of Liability

DaysMaxAir will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or Services beyond the total amount paid for the applicable product or Service.
